We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, not far from the main attractions in the area. The hotel provided exceptional service with room service, dry cleaning, and a bell staff that were always on hand to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious meals and drinks.

Consider staying here if you plan to visit parque das nacoes indigenas. We enjoyed the location and rooms and attractive prices. We would book again certainly. Take a look at Carandá Bosque neighborhood, it's worth it.

The breakfast was good and had a good variety of food. the staff was friendly and they did their best to help us with any questions we had. the location was convenient as it was close to some tourist attractions.
The room was overpriced and the pool area was not well maintained. the staff wasn't very clear about the extra fees.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and customer-oriented, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was great and convenient, not too far from the city's main attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, near the falls and bus station. Friendly and customer-oriented staff. Nice pool area. Good breakfast with options. Tennis and ping pong available.

This hotel is situated near a lovely park, with taxis available nearby. Rooms have air conditioning, with a large TV and working area. Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities include a swimming pool, playground, and business room. Breakfast is varied with fast internet and free to guests.
Some guests have noted slow room service and outdated furnishings in the common areas.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the pool was nice to relax by on free time. The staff were also friendly and helpful when needed.
The location was not ideal for a business trip and cost a lot in transportation, plus the hotel was quite overpriced for what it offered. The rooms were banal and some amenities like the safe and shower were not working properly.
